2. In-Store Pickup (Ikeja & Agege)
Want your gadget immediately? You can skip the delivery wait by picking up your order at one of our physical branches:
- Ikeja Branch: Glory Plaza, 15 Olayeni Street, Computer Village.
- Agege Branch: Shajim Plaza, 1 Shitta Street, Cement.
How it works: Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout. You will receive a notification once your order is processed and ready for collection.
3. Our Delivery Process
- Order Confirmation: Once your payment is verified, your gadget undergoes a final quality check.
- Secure Packaging: We use shock-absorbent packaging and tamper-proof seals to ensure your smartphones and laptops arrive in perfect condition.
- Tracking: As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we send you a tracking number via SMS and Email.
4. Important Shipping Information
- Verification: For high-value orders (₦1M+), our dispatch team may require a valid ID and a signature upon delivery.
- Service Areas: We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria through our trusted logistics partners (GIGM, DHL, and FedEx).
- Delivery Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off or on Sundays will be processed the following business day.
5. Need to Change Your Address?
If you have already placed an order and need to change the destination, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +234 (813) 154 – 0754. Note: Addresses cannot be changed once the item has been dispatched.
